Returns Info
We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, drop us an email at info@baldandbold.com.au. It will speed up the process if you include in your email the order number and the product description of the item you want to return, eg. Order # 1234567890 - Bald is Beautiful Tee.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@baldandbold.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us a detailed description of the damaged item as well as a photo of the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for the following - custom products such as special orders or personalized items, sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch at info@baldandbold.com.au if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself and your end customer (if and as applicable).
While we do our best to support our customers, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
